The plot is located in the Municipality of Ermoupolis, in the Vaporia area, at the entrance of the island. It is amphitheatrical with unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea and a northeast orientation, overlooking the islands of Tinos, Mykonos, and Paros. It belongs to the zone (ZOE 6) of the island, classified as a high-quality zone. It has a total area of 11 stremmas and a building area of 450 m². It borders two municipal roads, is located under the chapel of Saint Dimitrios, and leads to its own private cove, Ambelaki. It is free from forestry services. A building permit has been issued since 2008, currently valid with renewals, for five (5) luxury villas with private pools. Alternatively, a central building with a large pool can be constructed. It is worth noting that no new permits are being issued in this area.
